Power The Fight is an award-winning charity tackling violence affecting young people by empowering communities and equipping professionals with the tools to make a difference.
We are looking for a TIP Psychologist / Psychotherapist to deliver culturally sensitive therapeutic support to young people aged 11–16 affected by violence, while embedding trauma-informed practice within schools through reflective practice and consultation.
The postholder will work directly with young people, teaching staff and families to strengthen wellbeing, resilience and psychological safety. They will play a key role in delivering and developing our Therapeutic Intervention for Peace (TIP) model, helping schools create supportive environments where young people can thrive.
