Overview

Power The Fight is an award-winning charity tackling violence affecting young people by empowering communities and equipping professionals with the tools to make a difference.

We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist to provide reflective practice, clinical supervision, and psychological consultation across organisations working with young people, families and communities impacted by violence, trauma and structural inequality.

The postholder will help embed psychologically informed, trauma-aware practice across schools, youth and community settings — supporting staff wellbeing, resilience, and reflective capacity, while contributing to the continued development of our Therapeutic Intervention for Peace (TIP) project.
