Responding to Critical Incidents of Violence

Course Highlights:

  • Gain an understanding of the key people affected by a critical incident and how to support them in a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive way.
  • Develop in your ability to be a conduit, connecting young people and families to external agencies.
  • Gain an understanding of important local organisations and learn how to map connections between those organisations to create effective pathways to support.
  • Develop a critical incident plan.
