Overview

Join our award-winning organization as a Youth Practitioner in the Therapeutic Intervention for Peace (TIP) program. Collaborate with a dynamic, diverse, and passionate team dedicated to supporting young people, families, and broader communities. As part of a creative, innovative, and supportive team, you will have the unique opportunity to directly support young people who may be at risk or affected by violence impacting youth.

In this role, you will adopt a person-centered approach to deliver trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and therapeutically informed interventions alongside psychologists. While a therapeutic qualification is not required, having training or experience in supporting young people’s mental health and wellbeing would be beneficial.

Our organization is deeply committed to social justice, upholding culturally sensitive and trauma-informed principles grounded in community values. We believe in a holistic, multi-level approach that addresses health, social, and racial inequalities to foster systemic change. Join us and thrive in an environment dedicated to making a meaningful impact.
