Whitney is the founder and CEO of Project 507 Limited, a social enterprise that was established to change systemic conditions that generate violence by developing innovative solutions to create positive peace. She has over 15 years experience as a frontline practitioner in the youth violence sector and works from a trauma-informed perspective, with training from the Tavistock and Portman Clinic. She is a senior associate member of the Association for Psychodynamic Practice and Counselling in Organisational Settings and a British Psychoanalytical Counsel Trainee. Whitney is also a student at the School of Oriental and African Studies, studying for a MSc in Political Economy of Violence, Conflict and Development.
