Overview

We’re a small but growing charity looking for an Operations Manager to oversee our operational and administrative functions. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll ensure efficiency, governance, and impact across the organisation. You’ll manage office operations, policy compliance, recruitment processes, projects, events, and support fundraising activities. Strong organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in operations, administration, or finance (preferably in the charity sector) are essential. If you’re proactive, adaptable, and passionate about making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
