Overview

Over the past three years, Power The Fight has experienced significant growth, and we are excited to invite a Clinical and Community Psychologist to join our team.

In this role, you will provide culturally sensitive, trauma-informed psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions for young people in three schools. You will support partner organisation staff in working with more challenging cohorts, such as, those at risk of exclusion. You will work collaboratively with our team to foster an understanding and the importance of informal, creative and formal therapies, and developing long-lasting therapeutic relationships with young people, their families, and the wider community.

In addition to clinical work, you will provide consultation and supervision as appropriate and contribute to our multi-disciplinary creative and innovative team. The successful applicant will receive regular professional and clinical supervision from senior psychologists within the service.
